The utility room swallows up all that practical stuff, you don't want to see. Fortnightly cleaning service is included in the rental price.

The house is part of a number if listed buildings belonging to the building assembly Spandauer Vor-stadt, the largest and most dense one of the preserved historic suburbs in Berlin-Mitte. The area between Prenzlauer Berg and Mitte is highly inviting, with a huge amount on offer in terms of entertainment. Cafes, Restaurants, fine boutiques, bars, theatres and much more line the streets with their historic appeal. There is certainly no lack of greenery and within minutes one may reach the pulsating city-centre or several other popular Berlin districts. The Metropolitan School is close by. Only a 5 minute walk away there is the S-Bahn Oranienburgerstr (S1, S2, S25, M1, M5, M10 and the U- Oranienburger Tor (M1, M5, M10)
