Property description A dream of a loft: Design (timdiekhans.com), competence and detail work are fused together. The massive oak table (Georgi Stefanov) is the heart of the studio.

From the underground parking space (included in rental price) it’s only a few steps to the lift and once in the 4th floor, a long stretched balcony leads past the fire stairs to the apartment.

Lots of light from both sides, light grey concrete flooring, custom made, smooth here, abraded there, Italian style.
The massive oak wooden table (one of a kind, by industrial designer Georgi Stefanov) is the centre piece of the space – a beautiful place to work eat and meet.

On the balcony, south side, lingering in comfy seats on good weather days is a must. There is another outdoor space with seating on the other end of the flat and a great view to the Karl Marx buildings. There is also the fire stairs if you prefer the steps to the elevator.

The kitchen is well equipped, it has beautiful stainless steel handles, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, espresso machine.
In-ceiling cupboards behind the sleeping area can comfortably accommodate everything.

There is also a very handy imaginary room with washing machine, dryer and plenty of storage space for everything that you do not always want to see. Internet, Germany-wide flat rate phone, bedding and towels are included.

The liberal handling with space also reflects in the bathroom area: Whilst using the shower you will enjoy the view across the south-side balcony. Prefer a bathtub? You’ll find that there too.

The shower shares the view with the spacious double bed (interlübke, 1,60 x 2,00 m), from which you can watch the treetops playing with the wind.

There is another very comfortable bed for guests, the wonderful Sede sofa bed, situated in the front area of the loft, by the fireplace. And what is more cosy than watching a crackling fire while lingering wrapped in blankets the sofa or bed?

Included in the rental price are besides the parking space a cellar with bicycle, broadband, a German wide telephone flat, beddings and towels. A fortnightly professional cleaning service can be booked additionally for 75 Euros per go.

Location: Boxhagenerstraße is in the middle of the trendy Friedrichshain district. In no more than ten minutes by bike you are already at Alexanderplatz. Much like Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshain is largely gentrified these days, although you will still experience more of the ‘ original Berlin’ feeling in this much less homogenous district.

You can easily experience everything from the down-to-earth workshop on the ground floor to designer studios with open-plan sales areas nearby. Stylish bars share one side of the street with traditional Berlin late-night newsagents and delicatessen shops as well as those selling locally-produced organic delicacies.

Boxhagener Platz’s legendary flea-market is the place to meet at weekends and countless cafes and restaurants frame this park.

For those just arriving in Berlin, living in the city part of the time or just passing through, this loft is the perfect solution.
Others: In light of recent events we would like to strongly recommend a regular cleaning service, as our experience shows that the final cleaning can become a huge undertaking otherwise. You can book it from any service provider or use our services; that’s up to you. Please let us know if you would like to find out about our cleaning fees.

At the end of your tenancy there is a final cleaning fee due. We charge for a regular final cleaning (incl. 6 hours): 150,00 Euro, every additional hour costs 25,00 Euro. The final cleaning can also be done by the service provider of your choice but only, if they meet our criteria with regards to a perfectly cleaned flat.
